2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process

  • Approval & Return Instructions
    Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the address of our warehouse for sending the item back.

  • Shipping the Item Back

    • The customer is responsible for the courier/shipping charges when sending the item for return or refund.

    • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service to avoid delays or lost parcels.

  • Refund Processing

    • Once the returned parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.

    • After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
